Wow, what a GIRLS DAY at Dekpor Basic School.  The younger girls received lovely handmade items from the June 27th shipment, and the grade 5 and higher got Kits4Girls and Boxers!

We had the seamstresses make an additional 26 uniforms for elementary students who really needed them and missed out earlier this year.

New apprentices start: Patricia, Frank, Dzorgbenyui, Tity, Suzzy, Ophelia, and Eliza. There is a lot of work for Linda and Abraham to prep ahead of time!

We were long past due to replace the solar lights at the town toilets, but had to wait for them to arrive from Ontario! Today they were all replaced!

My oh my, the huge shipment from early June arrived and the distribution at the school happened today.  Just part one of many! Refer to the shipping project page!

Whew! We moved before we had a disaster on our hands! The emergency repairs at the Dekpor Yia Water Tower are completed!
