Wow! It is incredibly difficult to source Ghanian-written books, especially ones written in Ewe, the language of Dekpor! We can not begin to express our deep gratitude to Nunya Domenyinyi Foundation for the gift of 165 books for our students!
On October 13, 2023, there was a formal presentation made at Dekpor Basic School campus: speeches, dancing, the whole shebang! It is incredibly important to nurture and preserve the cultural ties and by gifting our school with books written in Ewe, many many students will benefit!
